MODULE 3: VALUE CREATION LOOP

步骤三:契合点(Fit)

  • ​基于上述分析,描述我们的产品/服务与客户需求之间的战略契合。

  • 如何用客户最关心的价值语言(例如效率、风险降低、增长、创新)来表达这一契合点?

可选加分项:

写一句清晰有力的定位语,一句话传达这一契合点对客户的核心价值。

第四部分: 高价值个人影响力策略
MODULE 4: PERSONAL IMPACT STRATEGY

​请扮演一位专业的领导力教练,帮我撰写一张高价值个人影响力卡片,结构基于“4P”模型:

热情(Passion):一句话,体现什么能激发我的热情,并传达我的真实性。

目标(Purpose):一句话,描述我认同的有意义目标,并说明它如何与业务需求对齐。

实力(Power):一句话,展现我能带来的专业价值与可信度。

巅峰(Peak):一句话,说明我如何持续高水平地表现,体现我的可靠度。

最后,请为整张卡片建议一句简短有力的标语(Tagline),能整合我在这四个方面的影响力价值。

MODULE 3: VALUE CREATION LOOP

Use the Value Creation Loop model to articulate a compelling Fit between a [Product or Service, e.g. enterprise-grade AI laptop] and a [Customer - Job Title & Company Description, e. g. Chief Procurement Officer of a global consulting company].

 

Step 1: Customer Side

  • What are the top 3 objectives this customer is trying to achieve?

  • What gains do they hope to realize when engaging with a solution like this?

  • What pains or obstacles do they typically face in this area?

 

Step 2: Product/Service Side

  • What features or capabilities of our product/service directly increase the customer's desired gains and  decrease or eliminate the identified pains?

  • How does the product/service increase the customer's desired gains?

  • What aspects of our offering help decrease or eliminate the identified pains?

 

Step 3: Fit

  • Based on the above, describe the strategic Fit between our product/service and the customer’s needs.

  • How can we frame this Fit in a way that resonates with what matters most to them — whether that's efficiency, risk reduction, growth, or innovation?

 

Optional Bonus:

  • Craft a 1-line positioning statement that clearly communicates the value of this Fit to the customer.

MODULE 4: PERSONAL IMPACT STRATEGY

“Help me draft my High Value Personal Impact Card. For each of the 4Ps, write a short statement that reflects not just my personality, but also the business value I drive. Connect Passion to authenticity, Purpose to alignment, Power to credibility, and Peak to reliability. Then suggest a short, powerful tagline that brings it all together.
